Interested in becoming a member? Registration for Gospel Class is now open! This is a five-week course on the basic doctrine of our church and the beginning of the process to become a member of The Journey.

Interested in becoming a member? The Gospel Class is a five-week course on the basic doctrine of our church and the beginning of the process to become a member of The Journey. The class will begin at West County the week of February 21st, 2010. Registration begins on line and at Connection Point on Sunday, February 7 and closes on February 15 or when classes are full.
Current members, as part of the Engage movement, we will soon begin a process of asking every current Journey member to re-up their membership commitment. Stay tuned for more information to come soon.

City Gate – A West County Men’s Gathering: City Gate is an open dialogue about the questions that affect all men. There is no homework, just open discussion on topics raised by the group in order to answer the “so what” questions we face in our faith, and in turn, how to apply the answers to our everyday lives. The next men’s meeting is this Friday, January 22 at 7 PM at Kaldis in Chesterfield Valley. The topic is Power and Ambition. Come be a part of the conversation as we discuss what it means to become more the man that God had in mind when He created us.
Join The Journey as we engage and respond to the Haiti Quake as a church family.

THEOLOGY AT THE BOTTLEWORKS: Discuss important issues of our day with people both inside and outside of Christianity. This month’s topic is “You Gotta Fight for Your Right: Rights in America”. What are the sources and scope of our rights? We’ll consider legal, cultural and ethical aspects of rights in general, and look at smoking bans as an example. The Journey church offices close at noon on Christmas Eve. We will return on Monday morning January 4, 2010. We will reply to phone calls and emails as soon as possible once we are back in the office.
New to your Bible? Have trouble reading the Bible? Are you a seasoned Bible reader? The Journey is releasing a plan for anyone to read your Bible in 2010! Soon you’ll be able to access the reading plan online, plus other resources that will help with your scripture intake (articles, videos and more).

This year West County and Tower Grove will be having Christmas Eve services together at our Tower Grove Location. Please join us at one of our three services: 4:00PM, 5:15PM and 6:30PM. Childcare will only be available at the 4PM and 5:15PM services and only for children up to age five. For directions to our Tower Grove location click the following for a Google Map.
