This Week | May 3 – 9, 2010

Welcome to The Journey Tower Grove Campus’ Weekly Update. This blog is here to keep you in the loop on some of the life that's taking place at our campus.

Announcements

  • Have you joined The City yet? The City is The Journey’s new online community where you can interact with people and groups, read the latest Journey news and get connected! To join, visit Connection Point after the service.
  • Tower Grove is having Baby Dedications on June 12 and 13. To get more information and to register your child, log on to The City, and look for the Event under the Tower Grove Campus Group. If you are not yet on The City, please stop by the Connection Point after the service to get signed on.

Upcoming Events

  • The Journey will host Hope for Kids, an event for families interested in learning about foster care and adoption in Missouri on May 8, 2010. Various speakers will present information from 10 AM until 2 PM. Families will have the opportunity to visit information tables from about 15 Children’s Division, contracted agencies, and various community services here in St. Louis. To read more about this event, check out Jeff Hutchings' recent blog post. For more information and to register, please visit Fostering Faithful Families.
  • Join us Friday, May 14 at 7:30 PM at Tower Grove for Waterdeep in concert! Don and Lori Chaffer are bring- ing a full band with them, which will guarantee a great night of music! Click here to purchase your tickets for $5.
  • Please join us at our Newcomer Café on Sunday, May 23 after our 11:15 AM service in The Luminary basement. We invite you to come and meet some of the leaders, learn more about the heart of our church, and ask questions. Whether you’ve been coming to The Journey for a while, or are brand new, the Newcomer Café is a great place to learn more about the church. We will provide a light lunch, so please RSVP by completing this form. We look forward to meeting you!
