Welcome to The Journey Hanley Road Campus’ Weekly Update. This blog is here to keep you in the loop on some of the life that’s taking place at our campus.
A Connect Group is starting Tuesday, Feb 23. Connect Groups are for people new to our Hanley Rd campus, and a place for you to get to know others and discuss the sermon. To find out more or to sign up click here.
Current Members, as part of the Engage movement, we will soon begin a process of asking every current Journey member to re-up their membership commitment. More information will be made available soon. If you are unsure of your current membership status, please contact your campus administrator at infoHR@journeyon.net.
Books for the upcoming Foundations sermon series are on sale now! This book will be used by Gospel Class and Community Group Participants as well. Books cost $5 and will be sold after services at all campuses.

Please join us for an open house reception in honor of Pastor Steve Miller and his family this Monday, February 15 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM in the Luminary basement on the Tower Grove Campus. Come spend some time with the Millers as we send them off on their new ad- venture in Kansas City. Theology at the Bottleworks: Discuss important issues of our day with people both inside and outside of Christianity. This month’s topic is “God or No God?” Believers and nonbelievers in deity are getting more strident on the oldest and hardest question there is. Who’s right or wrong, on what, and does it matter? What’s at stake in the God Wars? Join us on Wednesday, Feb 17 at 7 PM at Schlafly Bottleworks. For more info, visit the Midrash website.
Hanley Road is starting a monthly Prayer Meeting. It will be a time to personally encounter God, hear his voice, and pray for unity in our church, city, and world. The first meeting is Feb 21, 4:30-5:30 PM in the Red Lounge on the 3rd floor of HRC. Please come as we learn to pray to together.
The Hanley Road Campus is planning a Child Dedication on Sunday, March 7 during our 11:15 AM service. If you would like to have your child dedicated, plan on attending our child dedication class held Sunday, Feb 28 at 12:45–2 PM in the Vox Lounge. Lunch will be served. If you are interested in participating, please contact Kim at kmaple@ journeyon.net. Registration is required.
