Moving into membership means shifting from the margins of the church’s life to the center, from being passive to being active, from being an individual to being a part of a loving community. That’s a step that we want to see everyone take.
If you are interested in learning more about The Journey, or if you are seeking to move into membership, this class is the place for you. During the six week course, you will walk with a Journey leader and a small group of other attenders through the following topics:
- The role and importance of the local church
- The meaning of community and why The Journey cares about it
- The importance of mission (which is more than going overseas)
- Whether church membership matters
- The ministries and opportunities at The Journey and your campus
Classes will run for six weeks and child care will be provided.
