Welcome to The Journey West County Campus' Weekly Update. This blog is here to keep you in the loop on some of the life that's taking place at our campus.
Are you looking for ways to engage with The Journey West County and with community? I want to share some exciting opportunities with you! Through serving on one of our many teams, you can not only build community, but you can help us as we live out our mission to "Love God, Connect People, and Transform the World".

Service areas:
I was talking to some girls the other night about the weirdness of friendships as an adult. Before "growing up" it was easy to make and maintain friendships because we had a place (school) where we were able to make friends naturally.
1 Corinthians 12:13 - "For in one Spirit we were baptized into one body..."
Baptism is an outward sign of the new inward reality for people that have come to know Jesus and believe the good news that his life, death and resurrection brings us into relationship with God. At The Journey, we believe that it is the clear teaching of scripture that we are commanded to come to be baptized when we have believed in the gospel. We also believe that baptism is a celebration of God's goodness in the life of new believers, so our baptism is going to be celebrated during our services!
Construction and renovation are now in full swing at the new West County Campus! From preparing the area for the new coffee bar in the foyer, to a new production area and platform in the sanctuary, we are seeing progress. Here are a few pictures of some of the work being done.
